AVLO app — Privacy policy

AVLO is an app for cafés that buy mini pizza dough from the AVLO supplier. A café uses it to place orders and to see what it owes and its transaction history. Accounts are created by the supplier, who gives each café its login and password; accounts cannot be created in the app.

Data we process

• Account: login and password (the password is used only to sign in, through Google Firebase Authentication).
• Café details: the café's name and the contact details the supplier entered (phone, address).
• Orders: products, quantities, delivery time and any note written on the order.
• Transaction records: sales, payments, returns and the resulting balance.
• Crash reports: when the app fails, the device model, Android version, technical details of the error, and installation and account identifiers (Google Firebase Crashlytics). They contain no names, amounts or order text.

The app does not access your location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera, and shows no ads.

Why

Only to take and deliver orders, keep the accounts between the café and the supplier, and find and fix errors in the app. Data is never sold or used for advertising.

Who sees it, and where it is kept

Only the café itself and the AVLO supplier; each café sees only its own data. It is stored on Google Firebase servers in Europe (Frankfurt), which Google operates on our behalf. It is not shared with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

Security

All data travels encrypted (HTTPS). Server-side access rules keep each café's data from every other café.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while the café works with AVLO. You can ask the supplier, or write to the address below, to delete your account and personal details: the login and contact details are deleted. Transaction records may be kept as accounting documents for as long as the law requires.

Children

The app is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.
